New task management technique in Notion

Yes, me too, so I want to share the way I use to manage tasks throughout the day. I've tried many different techniques, from To-Do lists to Pomodoro, and I've also used the Toggl time tracker. Then I discarded all of those because they had too many disadvantages. Then I created my own way of managing tasks.
